DOUBLE-CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

CHECK WITH NEIGHBORS OR CO-WORKERS
If you share a delivery location with neighbors or co-workers, check with them to see if they accepted the package on your behalf. It's possible that the package was delivered to them by mistake.
CHECK UNEXPECTED DELIVERY LOCATIONS

CONTACT THE CARRIER
If you've exhausted all options and still can't locate your package, contact the carrier directly. If you still haven't received your package after the specified number of business days, you can submit a missing mail search request. USPS has specific forms for missing mail search requests, and DHL may require an investigation for lost packages. This process may take several days, but it's worth the effort to locate your package.
